DynaKap™ FR T1 is a fire-resistant, elastomeric modified bitumen sheet incorporating the features of a strong composite fiber glass/polyester mat. The inorganic fiber glass reinforcement, in conjunction with the polyester, provides stability, toughness and puncture resistance to the product and resists moisture absorption. The composite reinforcement is coated with a blend of SBS rubber, high-quality asphalt and fire-retardant additives. The covering layer of ceramic-coated roofing granules, black or white, provides durability along with superior resistance to damage from weather and foot traffic.
