Unlike other plugs, which are completely tapered, these wood plugs are slightly tapered over only 7/8 of the total thickness for easy insertion. The top 1/8 is the full diameter measurement for a tight, even fit. It is made from kiln-dried lumber and produced on specially designed equipment for consistent high quality.
