Penetrates deeply and reacts chemically with the substrate to form a long-lasting, water-repellant surface. Clear Penetrating Sealer is water soluble, reactive technology. It is a breathable waterproofing technology where the water cannot seep through, but the water vapor can escape. Clear Penetrating Sealer penetrates 1/64-1/32 inches into the substrate, protects the structure from weathering and has UV stability with life expectancy potential of over 10 years.
