The TRI-BUILT® HT S/A TU Underlayment is a self-adhesive roof underlayment for high temperature composed of SBS modified bitumen. The surface is a non-woven polyester, while the self-adhesive underface is covered with a split-back silicone release film.

The TRI-BUILT® HT S/A TU Underlayment is designed to be used as underlayment under tile roofing, metal roofing, but could also be used under asphalt shingles or other roofing material.

The TRI-BUILT® HT S/A TU Underlayment allows for tile stacking up to a maximum of 10 tiles over a roof pitch up to maximum 6:12 for lugged or flat tiles without any slippage. For roof pitches in excess of these limitations, use battens to stack the tiles.
