Made from a strong yet breathable micro-porous film-bonded fabric, each Ultra-Suit contains billions of micro-pores that are smaller than a drop of water - so water droplets such as rain cannot penetrate unless extraordinary pressure is applied - yet much larger than water vapor molecules, so steam and perspiration can readily penetrate and pass from one side of the suit to the other.
